其實(shí),這位“大俠”正是被網(wǎng)友們熟知的四川甘孜文化廣電旅游局局長(zhǎng)劉洪,這幾段帥氣的變裝視頻,也是為當(dāng)?shù)氐穆糜问聵I(yè)做宣傳。
Liu Hong, director of the Culture and Tourism Department of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, has become an internet sensation due to his dedication to tourism promotion on social media.

Several of his recent videos - in which Liu wears ancient costumes and role-plays as an ancient swordsman - in picturesque tour zones in Ganzi, have garnered a total of 70 million views.
視頻介紹里寫(xiě)道,拍攝地點(diǎn)在九龍縣五須海,劉洪稱(chēng)這里有森林湖泊,很適合拍攝古裝。He said his videos were filmed in a tour site called Wuxuhai in Jiulong county: “The forest and lakes there are quite suitable for ancient costume videos,” said Liu.
而對(duì)于視頻的拍攝和制作,劉洪在接受央視采訪時(shí)表示,短視頻都是利用工作間隙拍攝的。“甘孜州是絲綢之路南亞廊道和茶馬古道的重要組成部分,俠客角色可以跨時(shí)空再現(xiàn)當(dāng)年藏漢民族之間的文化場(chǎng)景,讓網(wǎng)友更直觀地感受甘孜的美。”
Liu said Ganzi was an important section of the ancient Sea-horse Road, a tea trade route winding through the mountains of Sichuan, Yunnan and Tibet in ancient China to reach southeastern Asia and places beyond. “The ancient costume style and the swordsman role (I play) can help present the scenes of interaction between Tibetan and Han people in old times. This will let the public get a better feel for the beauty of Ganzi,” Liu was quoted as saying.

去年3月,因“帥氣”而意外走紅的劉洪,被不少網(wǎng)友稱(chēng)為“網(wǎng)紅”局長(zhǎng),一度沖上熱搜。
從去年4月開(kāi)始,劉洪開(kāi)設(shè)抖音賬號(hào)以來(lái)總共上傳了131部短視頻,介紹自然風(fēng)光與當(dāng)?shù)匚幕,粉絲超過(guò)125萬(wàn),獲贊超過(guò)1400萬(wàn)。

據(jù)央視新聞報(bào)道,從履歷上看,劉洪這些年來(lái)一直致力于宣傳家鄉(xiāng)旅游,比如自己拿著相機(jī)拍照片給旅行社發(fā)傳單、帶領(lǐng)村民修路接待游客等等。劉洪(左)早年間在高原體驗(yàn)雅江縣旅游路線。
2019年,劉洪任甘孜州文化廣電旅游局局長(zhǎng),他繼續(xù)創(chuàng)新文旅推廣形式。網(wǎng)友們看到了一個(gè)個(gè)短視頻,而劉洪也在一條條網(wǎng)友留言中,不斷改善旅游相關(guān)工作,認(rèn)真分析、采納各種建議。
據(jù)央視新聞報(bào)道,2021年,甘孜州接待游客總量突破3500萬(wàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游收入超390億元。
蓬勃發(fā)展的旅游業(yè),也提升了當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦氖杖胨。劉洪說(shuō),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)讓我們認(rèn)識(shí)了外面的世界,也讓外面的世界認(rèn)識(shí)了我們。很多網(wǎng)友來(lái)甘孜旅游,村民收入得以增加,生活水平因此提升,同時(shí)也開(kāi)闊了視野。
Liu said he hoped to boost tourism so that the income of local residents could be lifted. “The internet enables us to understand the outside world. It also enables the outside world to get to know us,” the official said. “Many internet users have travelled to Ganzi. Our villagers have thus earned money and improved their quality of life. Their horizons have also been expanded.”
而至于網(wǎng)友們對(duì)他“網(wǎng)紅”局長(zhǎng)的調(diào)侃,劉洪此前就給出了回應(yīng):“我想為家鄉(xiāng)做點(diǎn)什么,這是發(fā)自?xún)?nèi)心的。如果能帶動(dòng)甘孜旅游,我愿意當(dāng)‘網(wǎng)紅’。”
“I want to do something for my hometown. This is from the bottom of my heart. If it can help boost the tourism of Ganzi, I am willing to be an online celebrity,” Liu said.
