王鵬飛:上鏈信息真實(shí)性是區(qū)塊鏈成功落地的首要關(guān)鍵

3月11日下午,溯源鏈創(chuàng)始人王鵬飛受邀出任“3點(diǎn)鐘財(cái)經(jīng)沙龍”第二期演講嘉賓,在中關(guān)村的3W咖啡,做主題為《區(qū)塊鏈行業(yè)應(yīng)用落地展望》的演講。以下為此次演講的文字實(shí)錄。
王鵬飛:非常感謝三點(diǎn)鐘財(cái)經(jīng)的邀請(qǐng),我們是奮斗在區(qū)塊鏈第一線的溯源鏈,今天借這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)跟大家聊一聊區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在一些商業(yè)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,包括未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
區(qū)塊鏈的核心在于把價(jià)值傳遞和業(yè)務(wù)相結(jié)合
先講一下我個(gè)人對(duì)區(qū)塊鏈的幾個(gè)理解:
首先,是關(guān)注區(qū)塊鏈的人都比較理解的一點(diǎn),區(qū)塊鏈的核心是信任。我們過(guò)去是對(duì)中心化機(jī)構(gòu)的信任,現(xiàn)在是對(duì)機(jī)器的信任,這個(gè)已經(jīng)被驗(yàn)證了,在比特幣近十年的發(fā)展時(shí)間里,已經(jīng)被驗(yàn)證了。從最初大家對(duì)它懷疑,到不斷地漲漲跌跌,再到現(xiàn)在,大家認(rèn)為這些由上萬(wàn)個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)所構(gòu)成的網(wǎng)絡(luò),它所帶來(lái)的唯一性、不增發(fā),到后邊每個(gè)交易的確認(rèn),基于這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶來(lái)的信任已經(jīng)被驗(yàn)證了。
第二,組織方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,從中心化到分布式,這也是區(qū)塊鏈的一個(gè)基因。怎么樣從自己業(yè)務(wù)的抓手出發(fā)去找到適合自己項(xiàng)目的鏈化的方式,其實(shí)就是從過(guò)去的中心化進(jìn)化到一種分布式,這里邊包括有業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的分布式、包括價(jià)值傳遞的分布式。
第三個(gè)理解,關(guān)于區(qū)塊鏈跟互聯(lián)網(wǎng)有什么不一樣的,有個(gè)觀點(diǎn)我比較認(rèn)同:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳遞的是信息,區(qū)塊鏈傳遞的是價(jià)值。我也算是接觸互聯(lián)網(wǎng)比較早的,從1998年開(kāi)始,中國(guó)第一批互聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目剛剛開(kāi)始的時(shí)候,我自己就開(kāi)始做網(wǎng)站,里邊的核心是“信息”。后來(lái)有了支付寶、有了微信支付,也有了交易,核心承載的還是信息。區(qū)塊鏈傳遞的是價(jià)值,上面跑的東西在區(qū)塊鏈1.0時(shí)代一開(kāi)始就是以數(shù)字資產(chǎn)的方式呈現(xiàn)的。在全世界慢慢生根發(fā)芽,獲得更多的認(rèn)可,接下來(lái)有了區(qū)塊鏈2.0,以太坊,現(xiàn)在出現(xiàn)了很多區(qū)塊鏈3.0的東西。其最核心的一點(diǎn)還是在于怎么把這種價(jià)值傳遞和自己的業(yè)務(wù)能夠結(jié)合起來(lái),這也是區(qū)塊鏈應(yīng)用落地最關(guān)鍵的一個(gè)部分。
2018最大看點(diǎn)在落地
2018年,我們認(rèn)為最大的看點(diǎn)就是落地:
第一,在我們身邊,基本上能夠看到越來(lái)越多的團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)入?yún)^(qū)塊鏈的領(lǐng)域,不管是過(guò)去拿到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的還是新創(chuàng)業(yè)的,大家都在里邊尋找自己的機(jī)會(huì)。今年出來(lái)的項(xiàng)目估計(jì)至少上千個(gè),甚至數(shù)千個(gè)。
第二個(gè),現(xiàn)在我們也看到,整個(gè)區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)袌?chǎng)很熱,也很冷。大家心里都能感受到,我覺(jué)得問(wèn)題的核心還是缺少價(jià)值支撐。講了很多的故事,但是最后發(fā)現(xiàn)故事還沒(méi)出來(lái),即使有一些技術(shù)出來(lái)了,但是商業(yè)化沒(méi)有落地,沒(méi)有落地就不產(chǎn)生價(jià)值,不產(chǎn)生價(jià)值一切都是空的,空的東西怎么估值?
想要這個(gè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展得更好,必須還是有很多能落地的,能夠?yàn)槲覀円率匙⌒小⒊院韧鏄?lè)提供服務(wù)價(jià)值的東西出來(lái),這個(gè)時(shí)候才能感受到它的價(jià)值。所以說(shuō)今年應(yīng)用落地還有這樣的訴求,如果沒(méi)有應(yīng)用落地這個(gè)市場(chǎng)一直飄在空中,支撐不了很好的市值。
第三個(gè),區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)袌?chǎng)是螺旋式上升的,有了大量的關(guān)注,有了大量項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)入,就會(huì)出來(lái)很多應(yīng)用落地的項(xiàng)目,很多應(yīng)用落地的項(xiàng)目真的產(chǎn)生很好價(jià)值的時(shí)候,其實(shí)就是類(lèi)似于當(dāng)年的以太坊。以太坊最初的時(shí)候也是挺空的,很多人不信它,國(guó)內(nèi)有些做得比較早的基金,他們當(dāng)年都看過(guò)以太坊這個(gè)項(xiàng)目,最后都沒(méi)投。只有萬(wàn)向給以太坊投了50萬(wàn)美金,大家現(xiàn)在都知道了,這筆投資已經(jīng)變成圈子里的傳奇投資案例了。如果后來(lái)沒(méi)有這么多的開(kāi)發(fā)者在上面做開(kāi)發(fā),沒(méi)有在這個(gè)生態(tài)里邊運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),那以太坊它也沒(méi)有價(jià)值。
所以說(shuō)有應(yīng)用、有價(jià)值呈現(xiàn),有了價(jià)值呈現(xiàn),有更多人進(jìn)來(lái)做應(yīng)用,這樣一個(gè)螺旋式上升,市場(chǎng)就會(huì)做得越來(lái)越好。也就是說(shuō),2018年區(qū)塊鏈這個(gè)市場(chǎng)能不能有很好的發(fā)展,和應(yīng)用落地有很大的關(guān)系。
區(qū)塊鏈應(yīng)用落地的關(guān)鍵
我們溯源鏈自己做了一條公鏈,從2017年下半年開(kāi)始一直在方方面面做基礎(chǔ)搭建,從技術(shù)的角度、業(yè)務(wù)的角度、平臺(tái)的角度、商業(yè)模式的角度來(lái)論證我們溯源鏈的業(yè)務(wù)。怎么樣能夠更好地落地?這中間有哪些坑?有哪些機(jī)會(huì)是留給我們的?在這里,結(jié)合溯源鏈這個(gè)項(xiàng)目講幾點(diǎn):
第一個(gè),我們到底要做什么?
過(guò)去一段時(shí)間,每天都會(huì)接到傳統(tǒng)防偽溯源領(lǐng)域老朋友們的電話、微信咨詢,問(wèn)的最多是:我們的業(yè)務(wù)要不要幣改?到底做公鏈、聯(lián)盟鏈還是DAPP?想要進(jìn)入?yún)^(qū)塊鏈,這可能是團(tuán)隊(duì)或者公司所要面臨的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題。
目前來(lái)看,無(wú)論是技術(shù),還是資源和資金,大部分的團(tuán)隊(duì)還都不足以承載、運(yùn)作一個(gè)公鏈。做一個(gè)最簡(jiǎn)單的、很小的公鏈,投入至少上千萬(wàn),而且還不是個(gè)單純靠錢(qián)就可以解決的事兒,現(xiàn)在普遍缺人才,百萬(wàn)年薪都找不到一個(gè)CTO。做公鏈的,要么是在有些領(lǐng)域有很深積淀的,比如,一些在大學(xué)里、在科研實(shí)驗(yàn)室里的專(zhuān)家,這些專(zhuān)家與做市場(chǎng)的一些人配合,一起做公鏈。要么是過(guò)去在企業(yè)做公鏈項(xiàng)目的核心人員出來(lái)創(chuàng)業(yè),做公鏈。
目前,做公鏈的機(jī)會(huì)在國(guó)外還是更多一點(diǎn),中國(guó)還是做應(yīng)用的機(jī)會(huì)更多,畢竟,DAPP做起來(lái)相對(duì)還是比較容易,門(mén)檻沒(méi)那么高了。
第二個(gè),業(yè)務(wù)能否落地,用怎樣的結(jié)構(gòu)?
像前面所提,落地是很關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。公司的業(yè)務(wù)得能夠與區(qū)塊鏈比較好地結(jié)合。區(qū)塊鏈+Token的模式是區(qū)塊鏈業(yè)務(wù)生態(tài)化發(fā)展的底層邏輯,在業(yè)務(wù)生態(tài)里,最終發(fā)的不是股票是token,token不是用利潤(rùn)來(lái)回購(gòu)或者來(lái)兌現(xiàn)的,Token的價(jià)值仰仗于token能否在業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用里被很好地用起來(lái),像生態(tài)的燃料一樣利用起來(lái)。這是關(guān)于業(yè)務(wù)落地很重要的一點(diǎn)!
什么樣的業(yè)務(wù)是比較容易落地的?
純線上的。業(yè)務(wù)本身數(shù)字化了,這個(gè)時(shí)候想做到鏈上去就比較容易。
第二個(gè),2C的,有線上的部分,來(lái)做鏈化會(huì)好一些,和區(qū)塊鏈的業(yè)務(wù)特性比較接近。我們做的溯源鏈?zhǔn)荁2B2C。我們有大量的客戶還沒(méi)實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化,還沒(méi)走到線上。雖然做起來(lái)比較辛苦,但追溯本身是和區(qū)塊鏈的特性非常匹配的,不可更改、可追溯。所以我們選擇并抓住了區(qū)塊鏈溯源防偽這樣的機(jī)會(huì)。
上鏈的關(guān)鍵
實(shí)際上除了鏈上的信息,上鏈這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的信息也是需要再確認(rèn)的。鏈上的信息,基于區(qū)塊+鏈的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),會(huì)變成一個(gè)不可篡改、全程可追溯的可信任的信息存儲(chǔ)下來(lái)。但最初的上鏈信息,是要做認(rèn)證或者確權(quán)的。
我們知道,80%的企業(yè)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景還是在線下,和線下有關(guān),這部分怎么上鏈?做追溯,很多人第一個(gè)問(wèn)題是:上了鏈之后,信息不可更改,但是上鏈的時(shí)候,這些信息如何保障是真的?
這的確是做應(yīng)用落地時(shí)必須解決的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。溯源鏈也做了一些相關(guān)的探討,比如,建立行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、把法律合同的履行環(huán)節(jié)做抓手、聯(lián)合第三方檢驗(yàn)檢疫部門(mén)、當(dāng)?shù)卣黄饏⑴c進(jìn)來(lái)確保這個(gè)上鏈信息的真實(shí)度;甚至配合建立相應(yīng)的Token激勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)懲機(jī)制,對(duì)提供不真實(shí)信息的加以懲罰,對(duì)提供真實(shí)信息的加以獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。相當(dāng)于一種類(lèi)似ISO的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),用一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的方式逐步建立自己的生態(tài)規(guī)范,確保上鏈信息的真實(shí)。
平臺(tái)的機(jī)會(huì)很多
最后一點(diǎn),講一下平臺(tái),目前做區(qū)塊鏈,基本上都是做平臺(tái),即使你是一個(gè)DAPP,實(shí)際上你也是一個(gè)平臺(tái),這個(gè)平臺(tái)怎么講呢?就是過(guò)去我們說(shuō)一個(gè)新聞網(wǎng)站它也是一個(gè)平臺(tái),剛才說(shuō)的今日頭條它也是一個(gè)平臺(tái),淘寶也是一個(gè)平臺(tái),搭這個(gè)平臺(tái)之后,相關(guān)的利益方和相關(guān)方在你這個(gè)平臺(tái)上來(lái)做,做招聘的,有企業(yè)、有求職者,F(xiàn)在有做平臺(tái)的機(jī)會(huì),即使你在這個(gè)行業(yè)里面,過(guò)去我們知道招聘網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)有很多了,每一家很多都是十年以上的招聘網(wǎng)站了,巨頭、大佬了,有沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)超越他呢?前幾年也出來(lái)了一些新的,包括像拉勾、Boss直聘,現(xiàn)在還有機(jī)會(huì)嗎?我認(rèn)為有,就是基于區(qū)塊鏈的招聘平臺(tái),引入Token的機(jī)制,求職者需要把信息做真實(shí),招聘公司也要把信息做真實(shí),對(duì)他們過(guò)往的記錄去做追蹤……
平臺(tái)的機(jī)會(huì)很多,在區(qū)塊鏈的應(yīng)用落地里面有很多平臺(tái)的機(jī)會(huì)。溯源鏈?zhǔn)亲鲎匪莸,我們也是做平臺(tái),我們過(guò)去八年時(shí)間做二維碼,我們是技術(shù)提供方、我們是系統(tǒng)集成方,我們是靠喝酒、做關(guān)系去拿項(xiàng)目,一個(gè)項(xiàng)目10萬(wàn),一個(gè)項(xiàng)目100萬(wàn),幾百萬(wàn),都有,但是很辛苦,現(xiàn)在我們利用區(qū)塊鏈平臺(tái)之后不用做那個(gè)事情了,我們只需要把底層的事情做好,由其他的技術(shù)提供方他們做過(guò)去給品牌企業(yè)服務(wù)落地的事情,包括他的流水線的改造、信息化,我們就做底層平臺(tái)這一部分,這是一個(gè)生態(tài)的運(yùn)營(yíng),這是給了大家很多的機(jī)會(huì)。
什么樣的團(tuán)隊(duì)更適合區(qū)塊鏈
我們回過(guò)頭再講團(tuán)隊(duì),同樣一個(gè)招聘項(xiàng)目,中國(guó)能做招聘項(xiàng)目的人很多,什么樣的團(tuán)隊(duì)可能會(huì)更適合、更有機(jī)會(huì)在區(qū)塊鏈里面來(lái)做呢?
第一點(diǎn),綜合能力強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)。一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì),過(guò)去最早做區(qū)塊鏈的都是技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì),以工程師為主,但是到現(xiàn)在絕對(duì)是一個(gè)綜合的,因?yàn)槟阍谧鲰?xiàng)目的時(shí)候,你可能沒(méi)過(guò)多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間就上市了,等于說(shuō)這種概念,你推向公眾市場(chǎng)了,包括從財(cái)務(wù)的角度、從法務(wù)的角度、從業(yè)務(wù)的角度、生態(tài)的角度、市場(chǎng)傳播的角度都要適應(yīng)它,很快的組建這樣的團(tuán)隊(duì)來(lái)發(fā)展,你需要有執(zhí)行力比較強(qiáng)的綜合能力。其實(shí)過(guò)去這些創(chuàng)業(yè)者CEO,他們都是要具備這些綜合能力,如果沒(méi)有這些綜合能力,你做不了一個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司的CEO。
第二點(diǎn),有平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。剛才說(shuō)了,可能不是再去做系統(tǒng)集成、解決方案,不是一個(gè)一個(gè)攻客戶,現(xiàn)在有大量的平臺(tái)機(jī)會(huì)在我們身邊,都沒(méi)有鏈化、也沒(méi)有被幣改,大家就要去尋找了,如果有平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)的機(jī)會(huì),有平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在這里邊獲勝的概率就比較高。這里邊剛才說(shuō)到商務(wù)能力要強(qiáng)、對(duì)外溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力要強(qiáng)、怎么樣讓更多的開(kāi)發(fā)者,包括你下面的元素能夠進(jìn)來(lái),并且很好的發(fā)揮作用。
第三點(diǎn),最好有創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),F(xiàn)在一個(gè)大學(xué)生出來(lái),要在區(qū)塊鏈里面創(chuàng)業(yè),我想難度可能比互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代還要大,不是說(shuō)沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì),我認(rèn)為難度還是比較大的。特別現(xiàn)在整個(gè)市場(chǎng)還是比較混亂的市場(chǎng),這個(gè)時(shí)候我認(rèn)為有創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的,真正經(jīng)歷過(guò)從零到一的過(guò)程,最好既經(jīng)歷過(guò)燒錢(qián)階段也經(jīng)歷過(guò)賺錢(qián)階段。
什么樣的業(yè)務(wù)更適合區(qū)塊鏈?
打個(gè)比方說(shuō),給產(chǎn)業(yè)“送水的”最適合在早期的時(shí)候賺錢(qián),區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)袌?chǎng)里邊最賺錢(qián)的是什么?是交易所,他們是最賺錢(qián)的,他們是送水的,只是說(shuō)人家在過(guò)去創(chuàng)業(yè)的時(shí)候做得比較早,他們抓住了這樣的機(jī)會(huì),包括現(xiàn)在很多做錢(qián)包的,這一撥現(xiàn)在機(jī)會(huì)是比較多的。
第二點(diǎn),線上的、已經(jīng)數(shù)字化的,剛才已經(jīng)談過(guò)了,比較容易落地。
第三點(diǎn),有大量用戶群的業(yè)務(wù),如果有大量用戶群,2C的改造起來(lái)比較快。我強(qiáng)調(diào)一點(diǎn),目前的業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)國(guó)際化了,因?yàn)閰^(qū)塊鏈本身是一個(gè)全球化的系統(tǒng),得到了全球的共識(shí),如果在中國(guó)能把一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)做好,想全球去普及、去推廣的時(shí)候,也相對(duì)比較容易,因?yàn)槿虼蠹叶脊沧R(shí),因?yàn)槭菙?shù)字化的,可以很快做到全球去。最后一點(diǎn),區(qū)塊鏈特性比較匹配的。
我以最后這一頁(yè)結(jié)束我的講話,也借此機(jī)會(huì)跟大家講一下我過(guò)去的經(jīng)歷:
我2003年的時(shí)候大學(xué)畢業(yè),高中的時(shí)候就開(kāi)始做網(wǎng)站,大學(xué)的時(shí)候已經(jīng)做過(guò)商業(yè)網(wǎng)站,在全國(guó)有些排名。2003年畢業(yè)的時(shí)候,我接觸到手機(jī)上網(wǎng),當(dāng)時(shí)是小屏幕,GPRS,但是我感覺(jué)到手機(jī)上網(wǎng)會(huì)成為未來(lái)的趨勢(shì),所以,2003年的時(shí)候做了一個(gè)預(yù)測(cè),手機(jī)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)會(huì)普及,從內(nèi)容到使用,不僅是預(yù)測(cè),我全身心進(jìn)入到移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)里邊去了,那時(shí)候大家認(rèn)為可能是2010年APP出現(xiàn)才叫移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng),我們2003年開(kāi)始進(jìn)來(lái)了,做WAP,在手機(jī)瀏覽器里面做網(wǎng)頁(yè),算是中國(guó)最早一批做WAP的公司,我們基本上從2003、2004年開(kāi)始做,后來(lái)比較知名的像UC賣(mài)給了阿里,像3G門(mén)戶上市了,我們當(dāng)時(shí)做的是天下網(wǎng),做了美元融資,兩輪之后,在2009年年底賣(mài)給了一家日本上市公司。
2010年的時(shí)候,我又做了一預(yù)測(cè)。2009年底去了日本,那時(shí)候日本的二維碼已經(jīng)有應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景了,國(guó)內(nèi)還沒(méi)有二維碼,連掃碼軟件還沒(méi)有,當(dāng)時(shí)我就認(rèn)為二維碼是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)很好的入口,二維碼會(huì)普及,F(xiàn)在,90%的國(guó)人每天至少掃一次碼,我是在2010年的時(shí)候進(jìn)入到二維碼這個(gè)行業(yè)的,開(kāi)發(fā)了中國(guó)最早的一個(gè)中文二維碼平臺(tái),叫快拍二維碼,兩年的時(shí)間做到2000萬(wàn)用戶,并且是在一分錢(qián)的市場(chǎng)推廣費(fèi)用都沒(méi)有花的情況下。后來(lái)我們開(kāi)始微企業(yè)提供營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的服務(wù)、溯源的服務(wù)、防偽的服務(wù),2B的業(yè)務(wù)。
2018年,今年,我個(gè)人預(yù)測(cè),數(shù)字資產(chǎn)的總量在三年內(nèi)會(huì)增長(zhǎng)10到100倍,數(shù)字資產(chǎn)我們看到,現(xiàn)在最近還在跌,有時(shí)候高、有時(shí)候低,但是我認(rèn)為只用三年的時(shí)間會(huì)翻10到100倍。
我還有一個(gè)預(yù)測(cè):我預(yù)測(cè)到2023年的時(shí)候,區(qū)塊鏈會(huì)在我們的生活方方面面普及開(kāi)來(lái)。
全社會(huì)聰明的人,聰明的錢(qián),都進(jìn)到區(qū)塊鏈里邊來(lái)了,它能不產(chǎn)生很大的推動(dòng)力么?

Wang Pengfei: Thank you very much for the invitation from the 3 O'clock Finance. We are the Traceability Chain which is struggling in the first line of block chain. Today, we should talk to you about the development of block chain technology in some commercial applications, including the future development trend.
The core of block chain is to combine the value transfer with the business
Let's talk about my personal understanding on block chain:
First, it is understood by the people who focus on block chain that the core of block chain is trust. We used to rely on the trust of the central authority, but now the trust of the machine, which has been verified, in the development time of Bitcoin for nearly a decade. From the outset it was suspected to present, it was thought that the network which was made up of thousands of nodes, from the uniqueness and uncertainty to the confirmation of each transaction behind it, the trust based on the network had been verified.
Second, the change organizational mode, from centralization to distribution, it is also the gene of block chain. How to find a suitable way to chain for your own project starting from your own business, actually it means to evolve from the centralization in the past to distribution currently, which includes the distribution of business logic and the distribution of value transfer.
Third, about the difference between block chain and Internet, I accept one opinion: what is transferred in Internet is information, but value by block chain. It was very early for me to involve in Internet, since 1998, when the first Internet projects in China were just beginning, I started to do the website myself, the core of which is" Information ". Later, there're Alipay, WeChat payment, and also transaction, what they carry as the core is information. What block chain passes is value, the things in the chain is shown in the mode of digital assets since the era of block chain 1.0. Taking root in the world, getting more recognition, then, there're block chain 2.0 and Ethereum, now a lot of things on block chains 3.0 have occurred. Its core point is how to combine this value transfer with own business, which is one of the most critical parts for the landing of block chain application.
In 2018, the biggest focus is landing
In 2018, we think the biggest focus is landing:
First, beside us, we can basically see more and more teams are entering the field of block chain, both the teams which have obtained venture capital in the past or the new start-up, everyone is looking for their own opportunities. It is estimated that nearly one thousand and even several thousands of projects will launch.
Second, we also see that the whole block chain market is hot, but also cold. As we all feel, I think the core of the issue is that it is lack of value support. We have talked a lot, but finally we find that the story hasn't come out yet. Even if there are some techniques, the commercialization hasn't landed yet. Without landing, no value will be generated, and everything which doesn't create value is empty, how to estimate the value for the empty things?
To develop the market better, many of applications must be landed to provide service value for our food, clothing, housing, transportation and entertainment, then its value will be realized. So this year's application landing also has such appeal, if no application has landed, the market still is floating in the air, which can't support the good market value.
Third, block chain market rises spirally. With more concerns, if a lot of projects have launched in it, there will create many projects with application landing, when many landed projects have really created very good value, actually, it is the same as Ethereum in the past. Ethereum was also empty in the early stage, many people didn’t trust it, some domestic funds which operated it earlier have watched the project of Ethereum, and didn’t invest it at last. Only Wanxiang invested USD500,000 to Ethereum, now, you have seen that this investment has become the legend investment case in the circle. If there weren’t so many developers develop in it and run in this ecosystem, then, Ethereum won’t have value.
Therefore, when there’s application and value presentation, more people will enter it for application, with such spiral rise, the market will become better and better. That is to say, it is closely related with the landing of application whether block chain can have a good development in 2018.

First, what actually we should do?
Over the past period of time, I received the consultation from the old friends in traditional anti-counterfeit traceability field by phone and WeChat, the commonest issue is: should our business be changed in coin? Should we operate public chain, alliance chain or DAPP? It may be possibly the first issue that the team or company will face to enter block chain.
Viewing currently, for technology, resource and capital, most teams are inadequate to carry and operate one public chain. The investment for one most simple and smallest public chain will reach at least RMB10 million, additionally, it can’t be settled only with investment, the market is lack of talent, and you can’t even find one CTO with the annual pay reaching RMB1 million. Second, can the business be landed, which architecture should be adopted?
As what mentioned above, landing is the very key factor. The business of the company should be capable of perfectly combining with block chain. The mode of block chain +Token is the underlying logic for the ecological development of block chain business ecological. In the business ecology, what issued finally is not stock but Token. Token is not bought back or encashed with profit, the value of Token depends on whether Token can be perfectly used in the business application, the same as the ecological fuel which is utilized perfectly. This is the very important point for business landing!
What kind of business can be easily landed?
Pure online business. Business itself is digital, then, it will be relatively easy to launch it in chain.
Second, 2C business, the online part will be better to launch in chain, which has similar business characteristics of block chain. Traceability Chain what we are operating is B2B2C. A lot of our clients haven’t achieved informationization yet, and haven’t launched online. Although it is hard to operate, traceability itself matches the characteristics of block chain, which is irrevocable and traceable. Therefore, we have selected and grasped the opportunity of block chain traceability anti-counterfeit.
Key factors for launching in chain
Actually, besides the information in the chain, the information of the procedure of launching in the chain shall also be confirmed again. The information in the chain, basing on the network structure of block + chain, will change into the irrevocable, traceable and trustful information, and will be saved in the chain. But the earliest information in the chain shall be certified, or the ownership shall be confirmed.
We all know that 80% enterprise application scenes are offline or are related with offline, how does this part launch in the chain? The first question for many people to operate traceability is: after launching in chain, the information can’t be modified, but when launching the information in chain, how to ensure that the information is true and real?

Currently, platform is operated by most operators of block chain, even though you are operating DAPP, actually, it is also a platform, how to describe this platform? The same as the news website what we talked about in the past, it is also a platform. Even the Toutiao what we talked about just now, it is also a platform. After building this platform, relevant stakeholders and parties are operating in this platform, including the operators on recruitment, enterprises and job seekers. Now, there’s the opportunity to operate the platform, even you are in this industry, in the past, we knew that there were a lot of recruitment websites, and everyone is the recruitment website with over 10 years of experience, including the magnate and tycoons, do you have the opportunity to surpass them? Some new websites occurred in a few years ago, including Lagou, www.zhipin.com, do them have the opportunity now? In my opinion, there’s opportunity, which is the recruitment platform basing on block chain, introducing the system of Token, job seekers shall make the real information, so does the recruitment company, and tracking their past records ……

Platform has many opportunities, there’re a lot of platform opportunities in the application landing of block chain. Traceability Chain is specialized in traceability, and is also operating the platform. In the past 8 years, we were specialized in QR Code, we were the technical provider and system integrator, we got the project through drinking and public relation, our projects valued RMB100,000, RMB1 million and even several millions, but it was very hard. Now, we don’t need to do as that with the block chain platform, we only need to do well in the underlying, and the issue of serving and landing the brand enterprises is operated by the technical provider, including the reconstruction and informationization of their flow line, we only undertake the underlying platform, this is the ecological operation, which provides a lot of opportunities to every one of us.
What kind of team is more suitable for block chain
Let’s talking about team, for the same recruitment project, there’re many people who can operate recruitment project, but what kind of team may be more suitable and get more opportunities to operate in block chain?
First, the team with strong comprehensive ability. The team which operated block chain earliest in the past is the technical team, mainly the engineers. But, till present, it is absolutely a comprehensive team because the project will launch into the market soon when you are operating it, which means this concept, you have promoted it into the public market, and it must be adapted from the angles of finance, legal affairs, business and ecology, and you should have the strong comprehensive ability to build and develop such team. Actually, in the past, these entrepreneurs CEO have these comprehensive abilities, otherwise, they couldn’t be the CEO of the Internet company.
Second, with the experience of operating platform. As what I said just now, it is possible not to operate system integration and solution, and not to win the clients one by one. Currently, there’re a lot of platform opportunities beside us, which are not launched in the chain and modified in coin, therefore, we should seek for it, if there’s the opportunity of operating the platform, with the experience of operating platform, the probability of winning will be relatively high. I mentioned that the business ability and external communication ability should be strong, how to promote more developers and the elements to enter in the chain and exert good functions.
Third, it is better to have the entrepreneurial experience. Now, in my opinion, it is more difficult for a college student to start a business in block chain than the times of the Internet, it doesn’t mean that there isn’t opportunity, but in my opinion, it is more difficult. Especially in the market which is still relatively disordered, currently, I think those who have entrepreneurial experience must have passed the process from zero to one, it is better to pass the money burning state and money making stage.
What kind of business is more suitable for block chain?
For example, those who “deliver water” to the industry are most suitable for making money in the early stage, what is most profitable in block chain market? It is the exchange which is most profitable, they are those who deliver the water, they operated it earlier when they were starting business, they grasped such opportunity, including many operators specialized in wallet, they have more opportunities now.
Second, those who have launched online and achieved digitalization, we have talked about just now, they are relatively easier to land.
Third, the business with a lot of users, it is faster for 2C reconstruction if it has more users. What I want to emphasize is, at present, the business is internationalized, because block chain itself is the global system with global consensus, if one business can be operated well in China, it is relatively easier to promote it all around the world, because there’s consensus in the world, it can be easily achieve globalization since it is digital. Finally, those which match the characteristics of block chain.
I want to end my speech with the last page, and introduce my experience with this change:
I graduated from college in 2003, I started to make website in my middle school, I have made the business website which listed in China when I was in my college. When I graduated from college in 2003, I accessed the Internet with mobile phone, at that time, the mobile phone had small screen and accessed Internet through GPRS, but I felt that mobile network would become the trend in the future, therefore, in 2003, I made a forecast that mobile Internet would be popular from content to use, it was not only the forecast, I was devoted to the mobile Internet, at that time, people thought that mobile Internet was started from the occurrence of APP in 2010, we launched in mobile Internet in 2003, we specialized in WAP, made webpage in mobile phone browser, and our company was the batch of companies which operated WAP earliest in China. I launched in QR Code industry in 2010, and developed the earliest Chinese QR Code platform in China, named Snapshot QR Code, within 2 years, Snapshot QR Code developed 20 million users, under the condition without costing any market promotion expense. Later, we operated the service of providing marketing, traceability, anti-counterfeit and 2B business for enterprises.
In 2018, this year, I personally forecast that the total volume of digital assets will increase by 10-100 times within 3 years. We have seen that digital assets keep dropping recently, it is sometimes high and sometimes low, however, in my opinion, it will increase by 10-100 times within 3 years.
I also have the other forecast: till 2023, block chain will be popularized in every aspect of our life.
When all smart people and money of the whole society have entered in block chain, couldn’t it generate extremely high driving force?
Of course, among them, 99% block chain projects will die, in the future, only a few of individual projects can survive, and new company will involve in block chain in the future.
