備受關(guān)注的孫楊興奮劑案件聽證會(huì)的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)終于敲定！

據(jù)受理孫楊興奮劑案件的張起淮律師在微博上確認(rèn)，國(guó)際體育仲裁法庭（CAS）將于2019年11月15日在瑞士蒙特勒舉行聽證會(huì)，應(yīng)孫楊要求，屆時(shí)將允許媒體及公眾進(jìn)入聽證現(xiàn)場(chǎng)旁聽。

Chinese Olympic champion Sun Yang will face a Court of Arbitration for Sport hearing on Nov 15, and it will be an open hearing as he had demanded, Zhang Qihuai, Sun's legal representative, said. The court will hold a hearing for Sun in Montreux, Switzerland, and the media and the public will be allowed to attend the hearing, Zhang said on his Sina Weibo account on Sunday night.

“在CAS裁決運(yùn)動(dòng)員案件的歷史中，此前只有過(guò)一次公開開庭審理。孫楊堅(jiān)決要求公開開庭審理，表達(dá)的既是決心也是信心。”張起淮說(shuō)。

"In the history of CAS, there has been only one public trial before," Zhang said. "Sun insisted on a public trial to express both determination and confidence."

據(jù)新華網(wǎng)報(bào)道，張起淮在接受采訪時(shí)表示：“公開聽證會(huì)就為了公正和公平，還原事實(shí)！假的真不了，真的也假不了，一切自有公論。孫楊會(huì)提供大量的事實(shí)證明自己在程序上沒(méi)有任何問(wèn)題，CAS也同意了孫楊的請(qǐng)求。”

"We asked for a public hearing only to tell the truth in fair circumstances," Zhang told Xinhua. "No one can turn a lie to truth and vice versa. We believe the public knows that. Sun Yang will provide enough facts to prove that his side made no procedural mistake. The CAS accepted our request."

同一天，孫楊本人也在微博上表示，“期待在世人面前證明我的清白，讓我排除一切干擾和雜音，心無(wú)旁騖地投入我最熱愛的游泳事業(yè)。”

"I look forward to proving my innocence in front of the world, let me eliminate all interference and noise, and devote my heart to my favorite swimming career," Sun said on his Sina Weibo account.

孫楊的微博表態(tài)在上周日就開始引發(fā)網(wǎng)友圍觀，截至本周三中午，相關(guān)話題閱讀量也超過(guò)1億次。

Sun's Weibo post went viral last Sunday night, and related topics had been viewed over 100 million times by noon on Wednesday.

2018年9月4日晚，IDTM公司（International Doping Tests & Management，國(guó)際泳聯(lián)授權(quán)的興奮劑檢測(cè)公司）三名工作人員至孫楊住處對(duì)其進(jìn)行賽外反興奮劑檢查，IDTM隨后給國(guó)際泳聯(lián)（FINA）報(bào)告說(shuō)“孫楊暴力抗檢”，而孫楊表示“他全力配合檢查，但檢查過(guò)程中檢查人員存在多項(xiàng)違規(guī)操作”。

Sun Yang is facing a CAS hearing over an incident last September at his home in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, when he rejected a doping test after questioning the credentials of testers. The IDTM, however, claimed that Sun resisted the test with violence and took the case to FINA.

2018年11月19日，國(guó)際泳聯(lián)就此事在瑞士洛桑舉行聽證會(huì)，2019年1月3日，國(guó)際泳聯(lián)反興奮劑委員會(huì)做出裁決：IDTM此次執(zhí)行的興奮劑檢查無(wú)效；孫楊沒(méi)有興奮劑違規(guī)行為。此后，國(guó)際反興奮劑機(jī)構(gòu)（WADA）不認(rèn)可國(guó)際泳聯(lián)的裁決，將此案上報(bào)給國(guó)際體育仲裁法庭要求舉行聽證會(huì)。

On November 19, 2018, the world swimming governing body held a hearing for the case in Lausanne. Although the Federation Internationale De Natation Association (FINA) in January ruled he did not violate doping regulations on January 3, the World Anti-Doping Agency appealed to the CAS and is seeking stricter punishment.

孫楊及其律師團(tuán)隊(duì)于7月19日發(fā)表聲明“要求CAS舉行聽證會(huì)時(shí)向公眾開放，以求公開透明，證明自己的清白”。

On July, 19, Sun's side made a public request that CAS should allow public access to ensure fairness.

就在發(fā)布會(huì)時(shí)間地點(diǎn)確認(rèn)前幾天，國(guó)際泳壇則曝出一樁涉藥丑聞。美國(guó)奧運(yùn)金牌選手Conor Dwyer于上周五宣布退役，此前他因興奮劑問(wèn)題，面臨長(zhǎng)達(dá)20個(gè)月的禁賽。

Dwyer也是孫楊在泳池中的勁敵，2016年里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)上，孫楊勇奪男子200米自由泳金牌，Dwyer則獲得該項(xiàng)目銅牌。

據(jù)《今日美國(guó)》網(wǎng)站報(bào)道，現(xiàn)年30歲的Conor Dwyer，曾在2012年和2016年奧運(yùn)會(huì)中拿到接力項(xiàng)目金牌，同時(shí)2016年奧運(yùn)會(huì)上也拿到過(guò)個(gè)人項(xiàng)目銅牌。從去年11月15日到12月20日期間，他三次藥檢都呈陽(yáng)性，禁令從去年12月21日生效，這也意味著他將不能參加明年的東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)。

The 30-year-old Conor Dwyer, who won relay gold medals in 2012 and 2016 and an individual bronze in 2016, tested positive three times between Nov. 15 and Dec. 20 last year. His ban was made effective on Dec. 21, meaning he wouldn’t have been eligible for next year’s Olympics.

禁賽消息公布后，Dwyer的律師在聲明中表示，其本人將攝入違禁藥物事件稱為“誠(chéng)實(shí)但不幸的錯(cuò)誤。”11日，Dwyer在社交媒體上宣布退役。

In a news release sent out by his lawyer shortly after his suspension was made public, Dwyer called taking the prohibited substance “an honest but unfortunate mistake.”

值得注意的是，游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)新聞網(wǎng)站Swimswam曾在今年5月23日?qǐng)?bào)道，作為奧運(yùn)金牌選手，Conor Dwyer的名字并沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)在5月1日更新的今年7月韓國(guó)光州游泳世錦賽名單中，即他可能不會(huì)代表美國(guó)隊(duì)參賽。

It appears that Olympic gold medalist Conor Dwyer will not be representing the USA at this summer’s World Championships after all, as his name no longer appears on an updated roster posted to the USA Swimming website with a date of May 1st.

網(wǎng)站當(dāng)時(shí)嘗試聯(lián)系Dwyer本人和美國(guó)游泳隊(duì)尋求解釋，但是均未得到答復(fù)。

SwimSwam reached out both to Dwyer and USA Swimming to see if there was any explanation as to why Dwyer is no longer on the roster, but did not receive a response to either inquiry.
