第十三屆全國(guó)口譯大會(huì)暨國(guó)際研討會(huì)二號(hào)公告（會(huì)議延期公告）

“變則其久，通則不乏”。隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，以及人類(lèi)社會(huì)進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)一個(gè)全新的十年，口譯研究在中國(guó)日益呈現(xiàn)出多學(xué)科、多方法、多路徑的“變”與“通”。在這樣一個(gè)重要的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)上，我們誠(chéng)邀國(guó)內(nèi)外口譯研究者參加由中國(guó)翻譯協(xié)會(huì)、中山大學(xué)主辦，中國(guó)翻譯協(xié)會(huì)口譯委員會(huì)、中山大學(xué)外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院承辦的“第十三屆全國(guó)口譯大會(huì)暨國(guó)際研討會(huì)”，回顧口譯研究在中國(guó)取得的發(fā)展，討論新時(shí)代口譯研究的跨學(xué)科聚合，以期承上啟下，探通變之道。
由于新冠疫情在世界范圍內(nèi)形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻，原定于2020年9月中旬舉辦的研討會(huì)將推遲至2020年12月18至20日，并以網(wǎng)絡(luò)云會(huì)議的形式舉辦。
我們相信在這一艱困的時(shí)刻，人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展更加需要口譯職業(yè)人和研究者的熱情推動(dòng)。我們也相信始于1996年，每?jī)赡暌粚萌珖?guó)口譯大會(huì)的傳統(tǒng)需要堅(jiān)持。我們更相信在現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)的幫助下，本次研討會(huì)仍將能夠開(kāi)得豐富精彩。

五、會(huì)議形式
為將本屆大會(huì)辦成精品學(xué)術(shù)論壇，第13屆全國(guó)口譯大會(huì)暨國(guó)際研討會(huì)將對(duì)參會(huì)者提交的論文摘要及全文進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格審查，并控制每個(gè)分論壇的論文發(fā)言數(shù)量，以給參與者充分的發(fā)表和討論時(shí)間。除大會(huì)主旨發(fā)言以外，每個(gè)分論壇均主要關(guān)注口譯研究的某一個(gè)學(xué)科面向，包括元研究、認(rèn)知科學(xué)、社會(huì)/歷史學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、信息工程學(xué)、教育學(xué)等。每個(gè)分論壇安排一名專(zhuān)家做引導(dǎo)性主旨發(fā)言。
六、會(huì)議費(fèi)用
本次會(huì)議為網(wǎng)絡(luò)云會(huì)議，不收取會(huì)務(wù)費(fèi)用。參會(huì)者也勿需任何交通食宿費(fèi)用。
七、重要日期
1. 2020年8月31日前，提交報(bào)名表及論文摘要。請(qǐng)?zhí)顚?xiě)此公告附件報(bào)名表發(fā)送到大會(huì)專(zhuān)用郵箱kouyi13@126.com。報(bào)名表內(nèi)容主要包括：
（1）中英文論文題目及關(guān)鍵詞（3—5個(gè)）；
（2）中英文摘要（英文250詞，漢語(yǔ)400字）；
（3）作者信息（包括姓名、工作單位、電子郵箱等）。
特別說(shuō)明：在此公告前已經(jīng)向大會(huì)專(zhuān)用郵箱提交了報(bào)名表及論文摘要的，報(bào)名申請(qǐng)有效并已進(jìn)入審查環(huán)節(jié)，請(qǐng)勿重復(fù)提交。
2. 2020年9月30日前，組委會(huì)經(jīng)過(guò)匿名審查向通過(guò)評(píng)審的摘要作者發(fā)送錄用通知及邀請(qǐng)函。
3. 2020年10月31日前，入選發(fā)言的參會(huì)代表提交論文全文。
組委會(huì)將持續(xù)通過(guò)中國(guó)譯協(xié)官方網(wǎng)站和公眾號(hào)推送發(fā)布大會(huì)通知。

The 13th National Conference & International Forum on Interpreting(Updated Conference Schedule)
Ancient Chinese scholars believed that “things will last longer with changes; and new approaches emerge with convergence.” With China’s social development stepping into a New Era, and humanities ushering into a brand-new decade of the 21st century, Interpreting Studies has gradually taken on a new look of “changes” and “convergence” with multi disciplines, various methodologies, and multiple pathways. At this critical juncture, we cordially invite interpreting scholars from home and abroad to participate The 13th National Conference & International Forum on Interpreting, hosted by Translators Association of China and Sun Yat-sen University, and organized by the Interpretation Committee of TAC and School of Foreign Languages, SYSU. This biennial grand gathering of the interpreting studies circles will afford us the opportunity to explore ways forward and discuss the “changes” and “convergence” in the field, based on revision of the development of interpreting studies in China, and more importantly, discussions on the multi-disciplinarity in interpreting studies for a New Era.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic across the world, the Conference, which was to take place in Mid-September, is now re-scheduled for December 18 to 20 as a conference on the cloud.
We believe that in this very difficult time, the international community needs more than ever the active participation of interpreting practitioners and researchers alike. We believe that the tradition of the grand biennial gathering of the Chinese interpreting community since 1996 should be followed. We also believe that with the help of modern ICT technologies, this will be a most interactive and exciting conference.1. 5. Conference Format
To make this Conference a top-quality academic forum, the Organizing Committee shall strictly review all abstracts and full scripts, and make efforts to control the number of papers to be presented. In this way, enough time will be available for the presentations and discussions among attendees. Apart from the themed speeches on the plenary sessions, each sub-forum will mainly focus on a certain disciplinary orientation, such as meta research, cognitive psychology, sociology and history, communication, information engineering, and education science. An expert will be invited to give an introductory keynote presentation at the beginning of each sub-forum.
6. Registration Fee
As the conference will go virtual, it will be FREE to the participants. No transportation and hotel fees are needed either.
7. Important Deadlines
(1) Deadline for submission of registration form (attached to this announcement) with abstract for individual presentation: August 31, 2020.
Submission shall be made to the conference mailbox kouyi13@126.com. Please fill in the following:
a. Presentation title and 3-5 keywords;b. Abstract (250 English words);c. Personal information, including name, affiliation and contact details.
NB: No repeated submission is needed for registration forms that were already submitted to the conference mailbox. Previous registrations are effective and the submissions have already been in review process.
(2) Notification of acceptance for individual presentation: September 30, 2020.
