據(jù)新華社消息，“七一勛章”獲得者、新華通訊社原國際新聞編輯部干部、黨的早期領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人瞿秋白之女瞿獨(dú)伊，因病醫(yī)治無效，于2021年11月26日在北京逝世，享年100歲。

時(shí)光流轉(zhuǎn)回1949年10月1日，當(dāng)時(shí)正是由新華社國際部編輯，不久后成為新中國首批駐外新華社記者的瞿獨(dú)伊，在開國大典上，用俄文向世界播報(bào)中華人民共和國成立宣言。“中華人民共和國毛澤東主席，今日在新中國首都宣布中華人民共和國中央人民政府成立……”

近日，瞿獨(dú)伊開國大典俄語播報(bào)原聲首度公開，再現(xiàn)了72年前這一激動(dòng)人心的時(shí)刻。

Qu Duyi, a veteran journalist who worked for Xinhua News Agency, devoted her life to journalism.

Qu received the July 1 Medal on June 29－the highest honor presented by the Communist Party of China to its outstanding members to reward their outstanding dedication to the Party and the Chinese people. The CPC handed out the awards as it celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.

據(jù)央視新聞報(bào)道，瞿獨(dú)伊的革命生涯從6歲就開始了。

1928年，她的父親瞿秋白和母親楊之華，在莫斯科參加中共六大。秘密過境時(shí)，瞿獨(dú)伊在媽媽的引導(dǎo)下，把其他叔叔叫作“爸爸”，成功掩護(hù)了好幾位中共代表。

瞿獨(dú)伊仍記得自己當(dāng)時(shí)問母親：“媽媽，媽媽，我怎么那么多的爸爸？”

1935年，瞿秋白高喊著“中國共產(chǎn)黨萬歲”慷慨就義。這在女兒瞿獨(dú)伊幼小的心靈里，埋下了一顆永不熄滅的信仰火種。

She was the daughter of Qu Qiubai, one of the first leaders of the Party. Her mother, Yang Zhihua, became a Party member in 1924 and was vice-chairwoman of the All-China Women's Federation from 1949 to 1967.

Qu Qiubai went to Moscow in the former Soviet Union in 1920 to serve as the Party's representative. Some years later, Yang came with Qu Duyi to join him.

Qu Qiubai returned to China to participate in the revolutionary cause in July 1930. In order to avoid the brutal crackdown on protesters by troops deployed by the Kuomintang in China, Yang and Qu Duyi stayed behind in Moscow.

Qu Qiubai was killed by KMT troops in June 1935.

25歲時(shí)，她在延安宣誓入黨那一刻“更深刻地理解，為共產(chǎn)主義要奮斗一生”。

抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期，年輕的瞿獨(dú)伊在國民黨反動(dòng)派的監(jiān)獄里，同樣經(jīng)受了生死考驗(yàn)。

瞿獨(dú)伊的女兒李曉云說：“女牢審訊了三次，要他們脫離共產(chǎn)黨。我媽媽說‘我不用想，我就是信仰共產(chǎn)主義，堅(jiān)決的’。”被組織營(yíng)救后，瞿獨(dú)伊光榮地加入了中國共產(chǎn)黨。

在新中國成立當(dāng)天，瞿獨(dú)伊用俄語向世界播發(fā)了新中國成立的消息。

Qu Duyi returned to China after the WWII started in 1939. She was later seized by a warlord along with 150 CPC cadres and their family members. In 1946, she was rescued and sent to Yan'an, Shaanxi province, which was the cradle of the Chinese revolution led by the CPC.

On Oct 1, 1949, Qu accompanied delegates from the Soviet Union as they stood on the Tian'anmen Rostrum to witness the founding of the People's Republic of China. She was the first person to broadcast the news about the historic moment in Russian to audiences worldwide.

"I was so excited at that moment and felt very honored to be able to report the establishment of the PRC to the world," she said.

1950年，瞿獨(dú)伊與丈夫李何一起前往莫斯科，籌建新中國第一個(gè)駐外新聞機(jī)構(gòu)——新華社莫斯科分社。

那時(shí)資源短缺，瞿獨(dú)伊和李何扛起重任。他們身兼數(shù)職，除了采訪、發(fā)稿、翻譯，還要做會(huì)計(jì)、采購等工作，每天只能睡四五個(gè)小時(shí)。

他們還主動(dòng)提出降薪，把自己所得稿費(fèi)的絕大部分，都作為黨費(fèi)上交。瞿獨(dú)伊說：“中國正需厲行節(jié)約，所以自己工作能省一點(diǎn)就省一點(diǎn)。”

新中國建立初期，國內(nèi)缺少俄文翻譯，因此，每當(dāng)有代表團(tuán)訪問蘇聯(lián)時(shí)，經(jīng)常把瞿獨(dú)伊借調(diào)過去擔(dān)任翻譯工作。瞿獨(dú)伊的女兒李曉云說：“因?yàn)轹莫?dú)伊在蘇聯(lián)長(zhǎng)大，所以說的俄語都是莫斯科的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)音，如果不看她的臉從后頭聽她說話，不知道她是個(gè)中國人。”

周恩來總理訪問蘇聯(lián)、中國駐蘇聯(lián)大使張聞天舉行宴會(huì)和在群眾場(chǎng)合講話時(shí)，也都請(qǐng)瞿獨(dú)伊擔(dān)任翻譯。

七八年后，當(dāng)兩人離開蘇聯(lián)時(shí)，新華社莫斯科分社已經(jīng)發(fā)展到4人，兩輛車。

回國后，瞿獨(dú)伊被分配到中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院工作。1978年，瞿獨(dú)伊回到新華社工作，在國際部俄文組擔(dān)任翻譯和編輯，1982年離休。

In 1950, Qu and her husband, Li He, went to Moscow and set up a Xinhua bureau there, China's first news agency established in a foreign country after the founding of the PRC. They also served as translators for then Premier Zhou Enlai and Chinese delegations who visited the Soviet Union.

In 1957, Qu returned to China and went to work at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 1978, she was transferred to the Russian section of Xinhua's International Department, where she worked as a translator and editor until her retirement in 1982.

今年，瞿獨(dú)伊迎來了百歲生日，與中國共產(chǎn)黨同齡的她，親眼見證著父輩們流血犧牲換來的今日中國的輝煌成就。

當(dāng)有人問起，父母留給她最寶貴的東西是什么？

瞿獨(dú)伊的回答是：“有信仰、愛祖國。”
