聯(lián)邦速遞,打臉的速度就跟他們的“誤轉(zhuǎn)”一樣快呢

本來寄到中國(guó)的包裹,卻被送到了美國(guó)?還是一下好幾個(gè)?偏偏這樣的怪事,又讓華為遇到了。
據(jù)路透社報(bào)道,華為方面在上周五表示,聯(lián)邦快遞將兩個(gè)從日本發(fā)到中國(guó)華為地址的包裹,發(fā)到了美國(guó);又試圖將兩個(gè)從越南發(fā)往華為在亞洲其他地區(qū)辦公室的包裹送到美國(guó)。華為方面表示,這樣的操作均未得到華為的許可,有聯(lián)邦快遞的運(yùn)送記錄圖片為證。
Huawei told Reuters last Friday that FedEx diverted two packages sent from Japan and addressed to Huawei in China to the United States, and attempted to divert two more packages sent from Vietnam to Huawei offices elsewhere in Asia, all without authorization, providing images of FedEx tracking records.
華為方面表示,這四個(gè)包裹均為文件,“沒有技術(shù)”信息。
Huawei said the four packages only contained documents and “no technology.”

聯(lián)邦快遞官微則發(fā)出聲明,否認(rèn)有“沒收客戶貨件,并轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至美國(guó)檢查”的情況:
在華為給路透社提供的記錄中,5月19日和20日,有兩個(gè)包裹從日本東京寄出,目的地為華為在中國(guó)的地址,然而在5月23日,包裹卻送到了美國(guó)田納西的孟菲斯,也就是聯(lián)邦快遞的總部。
The two packages sent on May 19 and May 20 from Tokyo, intended for Huawei in China, ended up in Memphis, Tennessee, the headquarters of the U.S. company, by May 23, according to images of FedEx tracking records shown to Reuters by Huawei.
另有兩個(gè)5月17日從越南河內(nèi)計(jì)劃發(fā)往華為位于中國(guó)香港和新加坡辦公室的包裹,在21日抵達(dá)后被當(dāng)?shù)芈?lián)邦快遞站點(diǎn)攔截,理由是“投遞異常”。
The two packages originating from Hanoi on May 17, destined for Huawei’s Hong Kong and Singapore offices, were held up after arriving in local FedEx stations in Hong Kong and Singapore on May 21 for “delivery exception,” according to other images Huawei showed Reuters.
根據(jù)聯(lián)邦快遞官網(wǎng)的解釋,“異常”狀態(tài)意味著有意料之外的事情阻止了投遞進(jìn)行,比如海關(guān)延誤、節(jié)假日、無人接收等等。不過,聯(lián)邦快遞并沒有對(duì)這兩個(gè)包裹的“異常”給出明確解釋。
According to FedEx’s website, the status “exception” means an unexpected event is preventing delivery of a package, for example a customs delay, a holiday, or no one being available to accept delivery. FedEx declined to give details on what the exception was in this case.
華為方面表示,他們?cè)儐栠^聯(lián)邦快遞駐越南客服代表相關(guān)事宜,對(duì)方在22日回復(fù):聯(lián)邦快遞美國(guó)總部通知他們,留下包裹,并且將其送回美國(guó)。因此,包裹并沒有投遞給收貨人,而是被滯留在當(dāng)?shù)氐穆?lián)邦快遞站點(diǎn),并且開始了退還給發(fā)送人的程序。
According to Huawei, a FedEx customer service representative in Vietnam replied to their inquiry on May 22 when two expected packages did not arrive on time, saying: “Please be informed that FDX SG received notification from FDX US to hold and return the package to US. Hence, the shipment is not deliver to consignee and now being hold at FDX station and under process to RTS it (return to sender)”.
面對(duì)這樣的狀況,華為發(fā)言人則表示將“重新審視”與聯(lián)邦快遞的物流和文件傳送關(guān)系。
“We will now have to review our logistics and document delivery support requirements as a direct result of these incidents,” a spokesman said.
那邊廂,美國(guó)政府剛剛頒布了針對(duì)華為的禁令,這邊廂聯(lián)邦快遞就把華為包裹轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)美國(guó),網(wǎng)友們表示非常不淡定!
眼瞅著事態(tài)擴(kuò)大,聯(lián)邦快遞又發(fā)出一份聲明,沒再提“消息與事實(shí)不符”,網(wǎng)友表示,可謂自己打臉了。
"We value all our customers who hand more than 15 million packages to us per day. We apologize for the erroneous shipment," said FedEx in its Weibo account, "Those mishandled packages are on the way to the sender."
只不過這失誤轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn),在網(wǎng)友看來依然牽強(qiáng):
在接受路透社采訪時(shí),聯(lián)邦快遞發(fā)言人Maury Donahue同樣使用了“誤轉(zhuǎn)”這樣的表達(dá),并且補(bǔ)充道,“這是極少數(shù)包裹發(fā)生的孤立事件。”
FedEx spokeswoman Maury Donahue told Reuters the packages were “misrouted in error”. “This is an isolated issue limited to a very small number of packages,” said FedEx.
那么聯(lián)邦快遞此舉,是否跟美國(guó)此前的“實(shí)體清單”(清單上的企業(yè)或個(gè)人購(gòu)買或通過轉(zhuǎn)讓獲得美國(guó)技術(shù)需獲得有關(guān)許可,媒體解讀為針對(duì)華為)禁令相關(guān)?美國(guó)商務(wù)部門則沒有給出答復(fù)。
The U.S. Department of Commerce did not reply to a request for comment on whether the incident might be related to its move on May 16 to add Huawei to the so-called “Entity List”.
