‘YAGYI-1 Well Drilling Engineering Design’ in Myanmar D block

The well locates on the No. 12 entrap of Mahudaung structural belt in the central of western edge D Block of the Myanmar Irrawaddy basin, its design depth is 5612 meters which is typical ‘wildcat well’. The well has difficulties in designs: the surface layer’s dip is large needed for anti-deflection; the well is easy to leak with serious gas channeling, the target layer pressure is as high as 2.13, well control pressure is too large. Dependent on high-quality technical personnel, use of advanced drilling software, technical services department has independently completed the design task of the well, gained a high evaluation from Myanmar project department.

For the staff shortages temporary needs caused by personnel movement or for other reasons, each department in circumstances of internal deployment difficult meeting needs by recognition, can fill out the ‘recruitment application form’ by the department head, report it to general manager’s approval, and the integrated management department may organize to stipulate the additional requirements programs and external recruitment programs.
 
二、 擬定招聘計劃    
Ⅱ draft recruitment plans
招聘計劃應(yīng)包括招聘人數(shù)、招聘標準(年齡、性別、學歷、工作經(jīng)驗、工作能力、個性品質(zhì)等)、招聘經(jīng)費預算、招聘具體行動計劃等。    
The recruitment plan should include the number and criteria of recruitment(age, gender, education, work experience, working ability, personality traits, etc.), the recruitment budget, recruitment specific action plans.
 
三、 發(fā)布招聘公告   
Ⅲ recruitment announcement
綜合管理部根據(jù)公司所需招聘崗位的名稱及級別,編制工作說明書,并擬定招聘公告。公告發(fā)布的方式包括公司網(wǎng)站公告、在專業(yè)招聘網(wǎng)站發(fā)布信息、參與招聘會等形式。   
According to the name and level of needed recruitment positions, the integrated management department draws up manuals, and frames the recruitment announcement. The ways of announcement include the company website notice, publishing information on the professional recruitment website, participation in job fairs and other forms.
 
四、招聘流程。   
Ⅳ the recruitment process.
(一) 初步篩選   
(A) Preliminary screening 
報名截止后,根據(jù)招聘崗位的要求,由綜合管理部會同各部門進行初選。審查求職者的個人簡歷和求職表,并根據(jù)收集到的求職者信息建立人才庫。    
After the registration deadline, according to requirements of recruitment posts, the integrated management department makes preliminary screening in conjunction with various departments, including review the applicant personal resume and job search form, establish the talent tank based on the information of job seekers collected.
 
(二) 初試    
(B) preliminary test
綜合管理部向初選合格的求職者發(fā)面試通知,并要求其面試時提供學歷、證書、身份證等相關(guān)證件的原件。初試由綜合管理部人員(主試人)和用人部門共同組成。綜合管理部對應(yīng)聘人員的智力、品德和綜合素質(zhì)進行初試和評價,用人部門負責人從工作經(jīng)驗與能力對應(yīng)聘人員進行初試和評價。    
The integrated management department sends the interview notice for the qualified job-seekers and requests an provision of the original documents of the education, certificates, identity cards and other related documents. The preliminary examination is made by the integrated management department staff (the main tester) and the staffing department. The integrated management department makes the preliminary test and evaluation for the candidates’ intelligence, integrity and overall quality, the staffing department is responsible for conducting preliminary examination and evaluation for candidates’ work experience and ability.
 
主試人組織具體的初試工作,作好初試記錄,并在《應(yīng)聘人員初試測評表》意見欄中填寫初步面試意見。初試結(jié)果分為三種:擬予聘任、不予考慮、擬予復試。綜合管理部將“擬予聘任”的人員報總經(jīng)理辦公會討論決定是否聘任,“擬予復試”的人員由綜合管理部組織復試。  
The main tester organizes the specific work of preliminary examination, prepares preliminary examination records, and fills preliminary interview view in the advice column of ‘preliminary examination sheet of candidates for evaluation’. The preliminary examination has three results: intended to employ, omit from consideration, the re-examination. The integrated management department will report the ‘intended to employ’ candidates to general manager for approval, ‘intended re-examination’ candidates is re-examined by the integrated management department.
 
(三) 復試    
(C)Re-examination
1、 復試由復試小組進行。   
1  re-examination held by the re-examination teem
 
復試小組一般由以下三方面人員組成:一是總部有關(guān)領(lǐng)導和專家;二是公司有關(guān)領(lǐng)導和專家;三是用人部門負責人;四是綜合管理部。   
The re-examination teem generally is composed of the following four areas persons: Firstly, the leaders and experts of headquarters; Secondly, the company’s relevant leaders and experts; Thirdly, the staffing department head; Fourth, the integrated management department.
 
一般崗位的招聘可無資深專業(yè)人士,專業(yè)技術(shù)人才和管理人才的招聘必須有資深專家參加。   
The general positions may be tested by the non-experienced professionals, but the professional technical personnel and managerial personnel recruitment must have senior experts.
 
2、 復試的實施。   
2 Re- examination implementation.
 
復試過程中,復試小組成員填寫復試記錄表,表明對應(yīng)聘者的評語及結(jié)論。復試結(jié)束后,小組成員討論對各應(yīng)聘者的意見并分別將評價結(jié)果填寫在復試結(jié)果推薦書上,由復試小組形成最終決議。 
In the re-examination process, the re-examination team members complete the re-examination record sheet, suggesting the comments and conclusions for the candidates. After the re-examination, the team members discuss the views of the each candidate, and fill the evaluation results, respectively, in the re-examination results letter of recommendation on a final resolution by the re-examination team.
  
重要崗位的復試可以考慮采取筆試的形式,由綜合管理部和用人部門共同組織進行。   
The important positions’ re-examination could be considered in the form of written organized by the integrated management department and staffing department.
 
3、復審。通過復試的應(yīng)聘人員由分管部門的主管領(lǐng)導進行審核,并簽署意見。所有擬錄用的人員應(yīng)經(jīng)總經(jīng)理最后簽字批準。    
3 review. The candidates passing through the re-examination will be reviewed by the leaders in charge of the departments with an opinion. All recruited personnel should be approved by the final signature of general manager.

   (D) Recruitment
 
綜合管理部根據(jù)應(yīng)聘人員體檢結(jié)果,對體檢合格者辦理錄用手續(xù)。對社會應(yīng)聘人員發(fā)試用通知書,并到相應(yīng)勞動部門辦理勞動手續(xù);對被錄用的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生向其所在高校發(fā)接受函,簽定就業(yè)協(xié)議書。   
The integrated management department conducts the recruitment procedures for the qualifier according to the physical examination results of candidates, sends the trial notice for social candidates and handles the labor procedures to the relevant labor department; sends the acceptance letter for graduates to their universities, signs the employment agreement.

   (E) Report
 
 被錄用員工必須在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)向公司報到。如在發(fā)出錄用通知15天內(nèi)不能正常報到者,可取消其錄用資格。特殊情況經(jīng)批準后可延期報到。    
The hired employees must report within set time. If the person does not check in within 15 days after sending offer, the company can cancel his hiring qualification, but the report may be extended upon approval under special circumstance.
 
應(yīng)聘人員到公司報到后,需向綜合管理部提供個人學歷復印件備案,并填寫《員工登記表》,同時簽定試用勞動合同,員工必須保證向公司提供的資料真實無誤,若一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)虛報或偽造,公司有權(quán)立即將其辭退。 
After the hired employees report to company, the employees are required to provide a copy of individual academic degree to the integrated management department for record, and to fill out the ‘Staff Registration Form’, at the same time signs trial labor contract, the employees must ensure that the information provided is true and correct, if found false or forgery, the company is entitled to dismiss the employees immediately.
   
  (六)試用。   
    (F)Probation
試用期的人員,尚不屬于公司正式員工。在此期間,本人可以隨時提出辭職。試用人員如不能勝任本職工作或工作中出現(xiàn)重大失誤,公司有權(quán)隨時將其辭退。
The employee under probation is not the company formal staff. During the period, the employee can resign at any time. If the employee under probation can not do their own work or make the work wit major mistakes, the company reserves the right to dismiss the employee.

    (G) Becoming a formal staff
 
試用期滿后的員工,經(jīng)考核合格,綜合管理部應(yīng)在試用期滿一星期前向用人部門書面征詢意見。試用部門不管是否同意繼續(xù)使用,均須于收到綜合管理部通知2個工作日內(nèi)出具書面意見。綜合管理部在收到用人部門的書面答復2個工作日內(nèi),書面通知試用員工。經(jīng)所在部門考核合格者,可轉(zhuǎn)正定級。由部門填寫《試用員工轉(zhuǎn)正定級審批表》,由本人填寫試用期間工作小結(jié),由用人部門和綜合管理部填寫考核意見,經(jīng)總經(jīng)理批準后,公司和員工簽訂正式勞動合同,試用人員轉(zhuǎn)為正式員工。
    For the staff after the expiration of probation with qualified evaluation, the integrated management department should provide a written advice to the staffing department before a week within expiration of probation. Regardless of whether the probation department agrees to continue use the staff, the department should make a written opinion to the integrated management department within two working days after receipt of the integrated management department notice. The integrated management department should make a written reply to the employee within two working days after receipt of the staffing department written notice. The employee with qualified examination by the department, can become a formal staff and make rating. The department fills out the ‘trial employee becoming formal and rating approval table’, the employee writes the summary of the work during the probationary period, the staffing department and the integrated management department fill in assessment views for approval of general manager, then the company and employee sign a formal labor contract, the trial staff to formal.
