They also attend a monthly ‘Apprentice Pow-Wow’ with vocational trainer Petra John at which a host of company projects, events and operational issues are explained and discussed. This year’s, in April, took them all to the Europa Park in Rust. Cecile found this option particularly useful – so much so that she now spends some time at the vocational school raising the profile of the apprenticeship to become a coatings lab technician.
